About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual with initial experience in Paid Ads to manage and develop our campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms within our Digital team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns, analyze performance, and derive optimization measures.
- Test different creatives, target audiences, and placements to continuously improve performance.
- Create regular reports and present results comprehensibly.
- Stay up-to-date with new Meta features and developments.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Meta Ads.
- Understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, and performance metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- Ideally Meta Blueprint certification.
- Knowledge of Google Ads or other platforms is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment of testing and optimizing ads and creatives.
- Proficient use of Excel/Google Sheets, ideally experience with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
- Fluent German and English.
