About the Role
We are seeking independent professional Cleaning Subcontractors who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy providing high-level client service. This role offers job flexibility and the opportunity to be added to our list of interested subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Complete cleaning per provided instructions within the allotted time
- Maintain contact with Operations/ Site Manager regarding any issues, notes, or necessary information
- Have and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, unless provided by Alpine
Requirements
- A valid business registration number
- A GST Number
- Workers' compensation coverage
- Third Part Legal Liability Insurance
- Experience in Light/heavy duty cleaning & waxing, using Auto Scrubbers & Burnishers
- Experience in cleaning large retail stores
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- May require a security clearance and/or a criminal and credit check
- For positions with access to financial data or funds, credit must be in good standing
