About the Role

PlayStation is seeking a professional to support multiple cutting-edge custom LSI development projects for PlayStation products, driving the creation of foundational frameworks and systems for efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and contribute to the development of highly competitive LSIs.

Responsibilities

Streamline business processes and development environments.
Provide support for Project Managers/Leads, including report creation.
Manage project tracking, risk management, and deliverables.
Oversee event management, meeting operations, budget control, and contract management.
Collaborate with world-class LSI Design Houses on advanced architectures and semiconductor processes.
Focus on maximizing performance at optimal cost.

Requirements

Experience in PM/PL/TPM/PMO roles across multiple projects.
Systematic understanding of project management or a strong desire to learn.
Business-level English listening and speaking skills.
Experience leading projects of 50+ people (preferred).
Knowledge/experience in semiconductor development or LSI product development (preferred).
Experience managing and using IT tools like JIRA and Confluence (preferred).
Passion for team-based development.
Ability to plan, propose, and execute paths to achieve goals.
Potential to actively lead team members as a future leader.
Logical thinking and approach to problem-solving.
