About the Role
The Sales Service Representative role for Vision Foods is designed to properly fulfill merchandising needs of the customer. Areas of focus will include full shelf conditions, neatly merchandised displays and shelves, building display POS in all areas of store, properly rotated stock, and accurate price tags / POS in place for all departments. A major objective of this role is to establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals while providing outstanding customer service. This role will be responsible for maintaining a timely and accurate call schedule. Further, this role will be responsible for identifying and communicating individual store problems and opportunities to the appropriate Vision Foods personnel.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill merchandising needs of the customer.
- Maintain full shelf conditions.
- Ensure neatly merchandised displays and shelves.
- Build display POS in all areas of the store.
- Properly rotate stock.
- Ensure accurate price tags and POS are in place for all departments.
- Establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a timely and accurate call schedule.
- Identify and communicate individual store problems and opportunities to appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have proof of auto insurance.
- Must have access to the internet.
- Flexible work schedule required, including availability for weekends and holidays.
- Previous Retail / Grocery experience is a plus.
- Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check.
