About the Role
As a 7-Eleven Assistant Store Manager for a Franchisee, you will create and maintain an exceptional store experience by coaching employees, making sound operational business decisions, and overseeing all aspects of the store as determined by the franchisee.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet guest needs
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Develop strong vendor relations
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and merchandised store
- Promote 7-Eleven to guests and the community
- Maximize sales and profits
- Identify and resolve sales obstacles
- Manage and maintain proper inventory levels and controls
