About the Role
As a Regional Trainer for Northern Europe, you will be responsible for delivering educational experiences to retail and AV channel partners across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer electronics, experience in developing and delivering training programs, and a passion for communication.
Responsibilities
- Present engaging educational content verbally to both small and large audiences in various formats including in-person events, webinars, on-camera video training, trade shows, and LMS platforms.
- Adapt communication styles to effectively engage with audiences in consumer electronics, installed services, AV, and retail management.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring flexibility and compassion.
- Collaborate remotely and in-person to enhance training delivery and create fulfilling educational experiences.
- Partner with sales and content teams to leverage education for driving sales and identifying training opportunities.
- Ensure consistency of educational experiences across the region by collaborating with in-field sales and advocacy teams.
- Communicate with partners outside of training events to address questions and clarify topics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technology to maintain expertise.
- Continuously practice and refine presentation skills to maintain elite training performance.
- Contribute to delivering best-in-class training experiences.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and success with enthusiastic public speaking and on-camera presentations.
- Effective experience in communicating knowledge to others.
- Language fluency in English.
- Ability to travel throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia for potential in-person training events on a monthly basis.
