Responsibilities

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in resort and cruise travel, sharing your knowledge and excitement to inspire clients.
- Craft customized vacation packages, combining resort stays, cruise adventures, onshore activities, dining, and more.
- Manage all reservations, from cruise bookings and resort accommodations to transfers and shore excursions.
- Handle travel challenges, providing quick, creative solutions to keep clients' vacations running smoothly.
- Suggest distinctive enhancements and unique experiences that elevate each resort stay and cruise adventure.
Requirements
- A deep passion for resort getaways, cruise adventures, and the desire to inspire others to explore the world.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and clear articulation.
