About the Role
The Deal Desk team ensures complex, high-value deals navigate internal processes with cross-functional alignment to achieve company objectives. This role involves shaping negotiation strategies for complex deals and serving as a trusted advisor to the sales team, ideal for a motivated individual thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage non-standard deals through the review process to assess risk, ensure quality assurance, business, and operational compliance.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to facilitate deal execution and resolve issues.
- Maintain commercial details in Salesforce and standardize custom terms across regions, products, and channels.
- Advise the sales team on optimal deal structure and pricing.
- Streamline key operational workflows to support efficient and sustainable growth.
- Improve reporting and dashboards to measure outcomes and track key metrics.
- Document processes, best practices, and lessons learned in deal strategy.
- Foster a high-performing team environment through personal and team development opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, order management, or deal strategy.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (CPQ a plus), Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management and risk assessment abilities.
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision and high discretion.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
