About the Role

As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident. This role offers an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create exceptional first impressions, and help expand access to life-changing care for children with autism and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions such as document management, tracking, and communication with referral sources.
  • Provide support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
  • Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand the services provided.
  • Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership.
  • Embody core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun!) and serve as a cultural role model.

Requirements

  • A positive and contagious attitude.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
  • A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
  • An eagerness to be part of a caring and team-oriented company culture.
  • A deep commitment to show up every day and be a leader at your center.
