About the Role
This role is for someone who intends to be a founder and wants to learn by working with several companies simultaneously. You will work directly with the founder on launching new companies and driving critical workstreams for existing ones.
Responsibilities
- Take ideas from incubation pipeline to a validated concept: research, financial model, first customer conversations, positioning, setup.
- Own delegated projects within incubations: Go-to-market, operations, finance, hiring, etc.
- Create financial models, analyze data rooms, pressure-test theses, write investment memos, and prepare LP reports.
- Build and operate AI agents and automations for firm operations, automating processes that take significant human time.
- Provide recommendations with clear reasoning, not just summaries.
Requirements
- Daily use of frontier AI models and familiarity with tooling such as Claude Code, agentic workflows, MCP, automation platforms, and rapid prototyping, with demonstrated personal projects.
- Strong academic record from a globally recognized university.
- Previous work experience in banking, consulting, startups, and/or investing.
- Proactive work attitude, strong work ethic, and original thinking.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, delivering finished work from vague briefs without supervision.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- German or another European language is an advantage.
- Availability full-time within four to six weeks for a three to six-month period.
