Goldfarb Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Porter (Vacation Relief) for a luxury residential apartment complex in Far Rockaway, NY. This position is seasonal to cover for people on vacation, with potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

Manage general cleanliness of all assigned work areas
Manage interior/exterior cleanliness of the building
Trash removal and operation of trash compactor
Care for property-owned maintenance equipment

Requirements

Ability to use cleaning equipment is a must
Good communication skills
Prior maintenance/janitorial experience required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
