About the Role
Imperial Cleaning is seeking a supervisor to oversee and supervise custodial technicians at a client location, ensuring adherence to the scope of work and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise custodial technicians.
- Ensure staff adhere to the scope of work.
- Oversee debris removal, keeping areas neat and tidy, vacuuming and buffing floors, emptying trash receptacles, and replacing trash can liners.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Train new employees on cleaning techniques, clock in/out procedures, and equipment usage.
- Oversee quality work within set time frames.
- Train on the correct use of personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- Prior cleaning and supervisory experience required.
- Experience with the commercial cleaning industry is a plus.
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
