About the Role

Piper Sandler is seeking a Class of 2027 Investment Banking Analyst for our Secondary Capital Advisory Investment Banking team in New York, NY. Candidates graduating in May/June 2027 are encouraged to apply. The Analyst Program is a rigorous program for exceptionally qualified individuals who will work closely with senior bankers to make a real impact on our clients’ businesses.

Responsibilities

Create financial models
Conduct financial valuations
Create and maintain industry-specific business development books
Conduct industry- and company-specific research
Interact with clients and senior bankers

Requirements

Candidates who will be graduating in May/June 2027 are encouraged to apply.
Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
