About the Role

Brooklyn Paramount is seeking a Part-time Schedule/Payroll Administrator responsible for ensuring departments are appropriately staffed for events and processing payroll records in accordance with Live Nation payroll policies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all departments are adequately staffed for every event.
  • Monitor and manage payroll.
  • Accurately submit all hours worked for team members into payroll system for timely processing.
  • Assist as needed with various shipping and tracking.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operation and/or Event Manager.

Requirements

  • 1 year plus of administrative experience.
  • 2-3 years plus of work experience in a comparable role.
  • Prior experience with ABIMM preferred.
  • Position requires sitting, typing, walking and occasionally lifting 25 lbs. plus using proper lifting techniques.
