About the Role

Join the International Marketing team at Ticketmaster International as a Senior Paid Search Executive. You will be responsible for the execution and performance of paid search campaigns across EMEA, APAC & LATAM, driving efficiency and scalability while working with a dynamic, international team.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid search campaign execution and performance across international markets.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with the broader international team, local market stakeholders, and platform partners.
  • Act as the hands-on expert for campaign creation, optimization, measurement, and reporting of Paid Search.
  • Propose and execute new ideas and establish best practices for campaigns and teams.
  • Hands-on day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns across EMEA, APAC & LATAM.
  • Independently improve campaign automation and run smarter, more effective campaigns.
  • Leverage AI to improve campaign performance, reporting, testing roadmap, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Own weekly reporting against commercial objectives, with monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders.
  • Regularly conduct hygiene checks and account maintenance to protect performance.
  • Drive a rigorous testing and optimisation culture, implementing a framework to continuously drive incremental campaign impact and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Monitor competitor and industry trends to inform investment, including emerging channels and measurement changes.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience executing, optimising, and reporting on paid search campaigns using SA360 or equivalent.
  • Experience using product feeds to automate paid search campaigns.
  • Previously worked on medium to big paid media budgets with a strong record of delivering growth and ROI improvement through data-driven decision making.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to respond to shifting priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical ability when dealing with large data sets.
  • Creative thinking with a track record of driving adoption of new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches within your team or company.
  • Experience working on e-commerce businesses or equivalent industries with large inventory.
  • Strong paid search experience, preferably in an international setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with various teams around the world.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual.
  • Ability to effectively manage targets and deadlines.
