About the Role

We are seeking a people-first sales leader to join the Access family, who shares our passion for believing in better and will help us continue to grow. This role is central to our success and empowers customers with the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Development Associates and Business Development Managers, helping them achieve their goals and deliver strong sales results.
  • Use pipeline data, activity metrics and forecasting insights to identify opportunities, improve performance and support accurate sales planning.
  • Support your team through the full sales cycle, from discovery and qualification through to negotiation and closing opportunities.
  • Work closely with colleagues across marketing, customer success and product teams to maximise commercial opportunities and share customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading and developing business-to-business (B2B) sales teams, ideally within a software as a service (SaaS) environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced business and enjoy finding new ways to improve performance, processes and results.
  • Experience using sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, CHAMP or similar sales qualification frameworks.
  • Experience managing sales territories, segmenting accounts and prioritising opportunities to maximise market coverage.
  • Confidence using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as HubSpot, to manage pipelines and maintain accurate records.
  • An interest in the charity and not-for-profit sector, with an appreciation of how technology can help organisations achieve their goals.
