About the Role
Trinity is seeking hard-working, committed, and intellectually curious individuals passionate about the life sciences for a summer associate role. Summer associates are integral to project teams, gaining exposure to strategic business issues and in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry. The role offers skill development through training and mentorship, focusing on analytical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct secondary research using healthcare databases to inform analyses on drug pricing, clinical pipelines, and marketplace dynamics.
- Utilize analytical tools to support key client decision-making.
- Coordinate and conduct primary market research with physicians, patients, payers, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
- Interpret, analyze, and synthesize clinical, scientific, and business data and research.
- Present findings to project teams and clients.
- Develop presentations and other outputs in collaboration with project teams for client deliverables.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Cannot consider candidates requiring visa sponsorship (TN, H1-B, F-1, STEM OPT).
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with demonstrated interest in the life sciences field.
- Must be a rising senior or have 1 year left in studies.
- Demonstrated initiative in previous academic and work experience.
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
