About the Role
P.F. Chang's is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Assistant Operating Partner to join their team. This role is crucial in leading and motivating a team, driving financial performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license for various operational duties.
- Experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to mentor and train team members.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction.
- Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, and overall control of financials.
- Ability to adapt quickly to various work environments and work effectively with different types of people.
