About the Role
HAIL (HRT AI Labs) is seeking experienced AI researchers to join their team to accelerate efforts in developing and maintaining powerful models for trading. Researchers will have independence to pursue impactful research directions within a focused team, supported by state-of-the-art research clusters and engineering teams. The role involves improving all aspects of models, from data featurization to trading decisions.
Responsibilities
- Improving every part of our models: from featurization of data, to architecture design, to training dynamics, to how trading decisions are made.
Requirements
- Two or more years of work experience in deep learning research, for any domain.
- Experience translating methods between areas of application is highly valued.
- LLM experience is valuable, but not necessary.
- Strong engineering skills valued, especially any of: GPU kernel development, lower-level Pytorch/JAX development, intermediate C++, FPGA/ASIC experience, HPC experience.
