About the Role
Skilled Wound Care, a national surgical physician group specializing in wound care, ostomy care, and minor skincare for nursing homes, seeks an energetic Inside Sales Representative with excellent phone demeanor to develop phone relationships by prospecting nursing home accounts and managing customer service relationships. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Partnerships & Development.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Build strong relationships over the telephone
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Nurture leads and structure deals
- Anticipate needs and provide high-level executive administrative support to VP
- Assist with projects
Requirements
- 1+ years of Inside Sales or telemarketing experience preferred
- Phenomenal organizational skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Amazing phone etiquette and strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Advance excel skills
- Pre-employment confidential DiSC testing and appropriate relevant skills testing required
