About the Role
Join Levande's Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Officer, supporting accurate receivables processes and delivering exceptional service across one of Australia's leading retirement living providers. This role offers an opportunity to build your career, work with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements within a supportive, purpose-driven organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of customer accounts and receivables processes.
- Process invoices, receipts, and account allocations.
- Manage reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support collections activities and respond to enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Assist with month-end activities and process improvements.
- Build strong relationships across Finance and the wider business.
Requirements
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Officer, Credit Officer, or similar role.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or improving processes will be highly regarded.
