About the Role
Okta is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to drive strategy for infrastructure-related revenue streams, including Enhanced Disaster Recovery, Private Cloud, and DynamicScale. This role is crucial for enabling organizations to safely embrace AI by building trusted, neutral infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cloud infrastructure product business cases and strategy aligned with company goals, industry trends, and market context.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) for successful product launch and adoption.
- Develop pricing strategies and models for infrastructure products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs, informing innovation and product decisions.
- Serve as the team's resiliency and scale SME, representing Okta's Trust Foundation strategy in customer escalations, executive briefings, and enterprise prospect evaluations.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in technology product management, preferably with a focus on platform product development or cloud infrastructure products and services.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Ability to produce solid action plans from incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs.
- Track record of owning and delivering on strategic projects, seeing the big picture while delivering on details.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to deliver high-quality products on time and on budget.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Okta’s opportunity and growth potential, with a thirst for learning across business and technical contexts.
- Must be a US Person.
- Experience in delivering cloud SaaS business models and infrastructure products (Preferred).
- Experience in consulting, venture capital, or business strategy and/or MBA (Preferred).
- Advanced degree in a technical or business field (Preferred).

- $189,000—$260,000 USD (San Francisco Bay Area)
- $169,000—$232,000 USD (California (excluding SF Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, Washington)
