About the Role

Housing Visions is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. This Property Manager role is crucial for maintaining our properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Marketing, leasing units, and collecting rents
Meeting the needs of the tenants
Ensuring compliance with government regulations and Housing Visions policy and procedures
Managing cash flow and property budgets
Handling delinquencies and evictions
Processing lease renewals and income verifications
Conducting audits and inspections
Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must be available to work Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am-11:00 am.
