About the Role
As a Maintenance Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our operations. This is more than maintaining equipment—it’s about problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Whether you’re learning foundational skills or leading major projects, you’ll help minimize downtime, optimize performance, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. By leveraging your technical expertise and commitment to excellence, you’ll make a direct impact on operational success and the experience we deliver to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate and test electrical and instrumentation equipment to required standards
- Troubleshooting and repair of controls, electrical components and systems in facility, utilities, and production departments
- Preventative maintenance (PM) and repair activities on all electrical and instrumentation related equipment
- Ongoing training on new equipment and maintenance practices would be a requirement
Requirements
- Availability to work rotating shifts, days, afternoons, nights with some overtime required
- C of Q – Industrial or Construction Electrician (309A or 442)
- Allen Bradley PLC experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Problem solving & planning
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and you value team effort
- Food manufacturing experience considered an asset
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bend/twist, push/pull as needed to complete work tasks
