About the Role

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Product Manager with AI expertise to lead strategic initiatives within the Employee Success (ES) portfolio. This role involves driving new products from ideation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to enhance the employee experience. The position requires strong ownership, clear communication, and accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across the Employee Success portfolio.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation and problem framing through build, launch, and post-launch iteration.
  • Translate ambiguous, cross-org priorities into clear roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
  • Take end-to-end accountability for the portfolio of work, proactively identifying and resolving risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, IT, Legal, Design, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Manage executive-level stakeholders by framing trade-offs, presenting recommendations, and securing alignment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on strategy and status of key initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively across all organizational levels.
  • Influence outcomes without direct authority, aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Produce clear, concise written materials, including BRDs and executive updates.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and vendor teams to deliver new products and features on time and with high quality.
  • Drive requirements gathering, prioritization, and UAT across initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate progress against goals and adjust plans as priorities evolve.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven experience delivering new products from ideation to delivery, ideally within HR Tech or a related enterprise function.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience managing executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • An ownership mindset, with a track record of taking full accountability for a portfolio of work.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing multiple concurrent initiatives, and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to turn strategic goals into actionable plans.
