About the Role

This role supports the day-to-day operations of the finance division, providing insights and expertise to aid senior colleagues in decision-making, product development, and market opportunity identification.

Responsibilities

Perform daily profit and loss analysis for business units, identifying and researching performance impacts, trends, and insights.
Compile regular reports, scorecards, and presentations based on analysis for senior management.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Assist in calls and meetings with fiscal stakeholders.
Manage the development and implementation of financial models and strategies to support decision-making.
Train and mentor junior colleagues, facilitate training sessions, and develop/maintain training materials.
Utilize data in various forms (e.g., workforce, portfolios) to derive financials for key decision-making and support strategic conversations with senior leaders.
