About the Role
Hyatt is seeking an experienced Full-Time Bar Team Leader to join their venues at Australia’s largest hotel. This role involves maximizing profitability with minimal cost while achieving high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Bar Manager to maximise profitability with minimal cost
- Achieve a high standard of service and maximum guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous bar and floor experience in a similar environment
- Previous experience with leading and coaching a team
- Strong knowledge on classic and signature cocktails
- An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment
- Ability to provide professional customer service
- Excellent presentation and grooming
- Strong communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current RSA
- Must be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends
