About the Role
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of youth sports facilities, ensuring customers have a safe, organized, and exceptional experience. This hands-on role requires someone organized, energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable taking ownership, balancing the big picture with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a friendly, positive environment.
- Assist families, athletes, and coaches with questions and requests.
- Inform customers about upcoming programs, events, products, and opportunities.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward effective solutions.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the facility during your shift.
- Take attendance and verify rosters for programs and activities.
- Monitor facility schedules and ensure programs start and finish on time.
- Ensure spaces are properly prepared and ready for customers.
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure shifts are properly covered.
- Help coordinate staff throughout the facility based on operational needs.
- Communicate with coaches, instructors, and other team members.
- Help ensure staff meet standards for customer service and professionalism.
- Monitor facility and program inventory.
- Ensure supplies and equipment are available, organized, and properly maintained.
- Promote and sell relevant products, programs, events, and services to customers.
- Help ensure merchandise and promotional materials are properly displayed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sports, youth coaching is a bonus.
- Previous experience in auditing is a bonus.
