About the Role

Q2 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Centrix DTS product suite, driving high-value offerings for financial institutions. This role involves defining and executing product strategy, managing a major transformation of the dispute management solution, and building AI experiences within the product.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Q2 product related solutions.
  • Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for new products and enhancements.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, financial results, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to successfully deliver product initiatives.
  • Represent the product with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on commercial payments and digital banking.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in software product management
  • Strong team leadership, including building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high-performance teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excel and data analysis proficiency
  • Self-starter with ability to deliver results independently
  • Experience with Pendo or other user analytics applications is a plus
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to operate using AI and build AI experiences within the product.
