About the Role
Coordinate and manage product promotion and marketing communication activities to increase customer awareness of product offerings and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing communication campaigns across all media to support the business plan and increase sales.
- Manage brand(s) and implement brand plans within brand guidelines, and analyze and report on brand effectiveness.
- Lead strategic partnering projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with partners, establishing mutually beneficial relationships, and contributing to partnership agreement negotiations.
- Explore new opportunities and trends across the digital marketing space and support implementation of specific capability-building initiatives outlined in the digital marketing capability road map.
- Coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers, acting as their primary point of contact to deliver successful advertising, promotion, and marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders, understanding their needs, issues, and concerns, and arranging meetings and events to promote understanding and commitment.
- Develop and deliver communications and marketing campaigns across all media to promote awareness of, and engagement with, services.
- Assist in achieving brand positioning and contribute ideas to brand plans.
- Communicate the local action plan, explaining its relation to function strategy and the broader organization's mission and vision, and motivate people to achieve local business goals.
- Develop tactical marketing campaigns to assist in achieving operational marketing goals.
- Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills.
- Respond to personal objectives and use performance management systems to improve personal performance; or monitor team performance, allocate work, review completion, and take corrective action to ensure timeliness and quality.
Requirements
- Over 3 years to 6 years of experience.
- 13 months to 3 years of experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
- Experience with brand management and development, managing and developing all aspects of a brand to ensure it achieves its full impact and value in the market.
- Experience with media and public relations management, working with media to build a positive public image of the organization.
- Experience with stakeholder expectation management, identifying potential stakeholders, analyzing their expectations, and developing strategies for managing them.
- Experience with customer segmentation and target market identification, conducting research to determine how an organization divides its customers and markets.
- Experience with media management and utilization, assessing and utilizing media channels and opportunities to gain maximum benefit for the brand, product, or service.
- Experience with customer and market analysis, analyzing and researching customer and market conditions to develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer and its market.
- Experience with strategic planning and analysis, collaborating with clients to prioritize business objectives and challenges through analysis of their business context.
- Experience with campaign management, implementing public relations, product development, and sales to create, execute, monitor, and measure marketing programs.
- Experience with marketing commercialization, developing a commercial proposition that meets and maximizes the needs of the client and the overall market.
- Experience with data management techniques in marketing, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness, understand customer behavior, identify trends, and inform data-driven strategies.
- Experience with effectively presenting solutions, communicating and articulating potential resolutions or strategies in a clear, compelling, and tailored manner.
- Experience with managing resistance, identifying, addressing, and navigating opposition or reluctance effectively.
- Experience with action planning, reviewing and evaluating recommendations and requirements to develop appropriate plans or deliver actions.
- Experience with systems and tools for marketing, utilizing marketing automation platforms, content management systems, social media management tools, marketing analytics platforms, and other relevant technologies.
- Exceptional planning and organizing skills, ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to express ideas, request actions, formulate plans, and policies through clear and effective verbal communications.

Salary/Compensations
- U.S. National Base Pay Range: $86,600 - $144,400
- If performed in NLD Amsterdam (Radarweg), the base pay range is €65,300 - €108,800
