About the Role

We are seeking founding team members to shape Netflix's new ad-supported business area. This role focuses on selling advertising solutions to Fortune 500 Pharma Clients to grow and scale Netflix US revenue, acting as a strategic partner to clients and selling Netflix's full range of advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Generate interest and excitement for Netflix's offerings with client marketing leaders to influence ad spending decisions.
  • Focus on client programmatic strategy and investments, including audience planning, data strategy, analytics, measurement, and creative.
  • Accelerate clients' education and usage of Netflix's scaled media solutions to advance their long-term growth.
  • Apply deep industry knowledge to anticipate client needs, expand relationships, and demonstrate the power of Netflix Ads.
  • Partner with agency teams and cross-functional partners to grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Build data-informed business plans to generate revenue growth and communicate go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends and innovation to inform client strategies.
  • Establish and set strategic objectives and goals with sales leadership to maximize business impact.
  • Maintain close communication and alignment with clients and sales counterparts.
  • Support brand partnership opportunities outside of traditional media solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales.
  • 5+ years focused on Pharma clients and complex multi-agency holding company relationships.
  • Consultative seller and problem solver who leads with insights and client needs.
  • Demonstrated mastery in building and executing multi-year strategic partnerships with C-suite executives at global enterprise organizations.
  • Deep programmatic expertise with proven success architecting annual agreements, joint business plans, and transformational growth strategies.
  • Track record of shaping enterprise-level agendas and driving alignment across complex, multinational organizational structures.
  • Exceptional strategic thinker who translates trends into innovative advantages and commercial outcomes.
  • Advanced technical fluency across data & technology ecosystems, audience strategy, programmatic platforms, measurement science, and privacy-forward solutions.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts with simplicity and authority to C-suite audiences.
  • Outstanding executive presence with the ability to command credibility in high-stakes conversations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong, confident presentation skills.
  • Requires travel and representation at industry events.

  • A portion of this compensation is variable.
