About the Role
Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking casual staff for its popular Zephyr Sky Bar, an outdoor rooftop bar with views of Darling Harbour, specializing in signature cocktails and an extensive spirit list.
Responsibilities
- Cocktail craft and premium spirits knowledge
- Mixology and storytelling behind the bar
- Supporting a high-performing bar team
- Creating a welcoming experience for guests
- Contributing to the atmosphere in high-energy, social environments
- Curating the vibe on the front-line
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar premium bar environment
- Strong bartending/mixology skills
- Professional demeanour with a customer-centric work ethic
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation and grooming
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Full working rights in Australia
- Availability to work a flexible roster including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
- A current NSW RSA
