About the Role

This is a 4-month paid internship/co-op in Finance at P&G Canada's Toronto headquarters, running from May 3, 2027, to August 20, 2027. Interns will have real ownership from Day 1, working on live business challenges and using data, financial analysis, and consumer insights to help teams make better decisions. The role offers opportunities to conduct financial analysis, identify growth opportunities, understand market trends, maximize revenue, and partner with various teams to influence strategy and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis on plans or projects to determine payout and set future direction.
Identify growth opportunities to exceed targets and mitigate future business risks.
Develop an understanding of key external market trends, including benchmarking and retailer & sales channel analysis.
Find opportunities to maximize revenue and grow share profitably.
Partner with Sales, Finance, and category teams to understand business needs and develop practical solutions.
Gain exposure to how Finance influences strategy, retailer plans, forecasting, and profitable growth.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with planned graduation in mid-late 2028.
No more than 3 years of prior full-time experience (excluding intern/coop work terms).
Available to start the role on May 3rd, 2027.
If successful in internship, available to start a full-time role within 12 months of internship end date.
Must be authorized to work in the location of application.
