About the Role
This role will play an important part in shaping the next chapter of our combined organization and advancing our shared mission to transform veterinary care.
Responsibilities
- Patient handling and husbandry
- Client education and partnership
- Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management
- Diagnostic management and medication administration
- Emergency triage and response
- Detailed medical record keeping
- Run appointments alongside assistants
- Collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region
- Participate in monthly educational events
- Use innovative technology — including AI-assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro — that reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care
Requirements
- 1+ year experience as a veterinary technician
- Newly licensed technicians encouraged to apply
- CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT preferred
- Independent unrestricted valid authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer
- Accept new employment for this position
- Bond Vet does not sponsor employment-based visas for this position and cannot facilitate F-1 visa STEM OPT for this role
- Employment with Bond Vet is contingent upon the Company's completion of a satisfactory investigation of your background

- $27 - $40 per hour
- Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Up to $8/hour Shift Differential!
- Team-Based Profit Sharing Bonus
- Up to $5,000 for licensed technicians
