About the Role
Frontera is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead our expansion into a repeatable, sellable product for enterprise and provider partners. You will own the discipline of turning proven agentic care models into a product that other organizations can run on, backed by clinical outcomes data.
Responsibilities
- Own the B2B product roadmap, translating agentic care workflows into a generalized product for external partners.
- Define and drive Frontera's B2B packaging and business model strategy.
- Partner with the vertical product team to prove workflows in the clinic before generalizing to the platform.
- Shape how Frontera's proprietary clinical dataset and unified data model translate into product value.
- Partner with Engineering and AI/ML leadership to ensure product and technical roadmaps are coherent.
- Act as a clarity-and-alignment point between Sales, Clinical, and Engineering.
- Define requirements for human-in-the-loop approve/return and confidence/override experiences.
- Build the B2B product management function, including process, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including significant time at the staff level owning complex B2B roadmaps.
- Demonstrated track record of generalizing a proven concept into a broadly sold product.
- Experience operating in a regulated, trust-sensitive category like healthcare or fintech.
- Experience partnering directly with Engineering and ML/AI teams to translate technical capability into shippable product value.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to drive alignment across teams without formal authority.
