About the Role
Seeking Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical Lawyers to advise Axiom clients on a variety of commercial contracts and regulatory matters.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including vendor, licensing, confidentiality, master service, clinical trial, clinical supply, technical services, software license, safety data exchange, laboratory services, consulting, R&D, manufacturing, and indemnity agreements.
- Advising corporate clients directly and providing entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice.
- Operating with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment in a large, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience providing legal advice for a wide range of regulatory matters, including MHRA/EMA marketing (advertising, promotion, labelling).
- Good academic credentials and post-qualification experience.
- Strong commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have the right to work and be eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
