About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our dynamic Rooms Team. This position oversees the Front Desk, Guest Services, and Front Drive teams, ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience from booking through departure. The role requires anticipating and servicing guest needs before being asked.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the Front Desk team.
- Assists with managing the Guest Services and Front Drive teams.
- Ensures staff are highly trained, motivated, and supervised.
- Anticipates, customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and custom service skills.
- Previous experience of 2 years required in the Hospitality Industry and Rooms Division.
- At least one year in a supervisory role and Front Desk knowledge preferred.
- Strong business acumen, work ethic, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and grow employees into Supervisory and Management positions.
- US work authorization is required.
- Flexibility in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
