About the Role
Own the Generation half of Document Intelligence, transforming multimodal primitives into schema-valid entities like SOPs while ensuring quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate recipe prompts for each generation recipe.
- Define per-entity target schemas and domain validators for generated output.
- Build generation-quality eval datasets and rubrics to monitor and improve quality.
- Assemble multimodal context windows from keyframes, transcript, and OCR.
- Select appropriate models and token budgets based on quality, cost, and latency tradeoffs.
Requirements
- Strong applied GenAI craft, including prompt engineering, structured output/tool-use, RAG, and retrieval-context patterns.
- Demonstrated eval discipline, including building datasets and rubrics, measuring quality, and addressing regressions.
- Experience shipping LLM features into production services and connecting model performance to product impact.
- Comfort working with multimodal inputs such as video, PDF, audio, and image, converted to text or structured output.
