- Coordinate assets, copy, approvals, publishing timelines, and partner deliverables from campaign kickoff through launch and recap.
- Analyze performance metrics and recurring business data to guide strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate creative requests for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, maintain reporting metrics, and update business trackers.
- Ensure projects move efficiently from kickoff through completion.
- Manage and maintain Monday.com boards, workflows, and project documentation.
- Build and maintain timelines, task assignments, and deadlines, proactively communicating risks or adjustments.
- Coordinate work across Social, Design, and other cross-functional teams.
- Own the creative intake process, ensuring requests are scoped, prioritized, and documented via clear creative briefs.
- Attend pre-production, creative, logistics, and post-mortem meetings, capturing notes and tracking action items.
- Proactively ask clarifying questions to eliminate ambiguity and keep projects moving forward.
- Manage routine communications and collaboration with external stakeholders (PR, distribution, platform, and promotional partners).
- Serve as a point of contact, ensuring information, assets, and approvals are provided to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of coordination experience in marketing, live events, digital media, or entertainment.

- Deep understanding of current social media trends, meme culture, and social listening.
