About the Role
Seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Store. This role involves building customer relationships, creating fitting room experiences, wardrobing and styling clients, and supporting sales and opening/closing functions.
Responsibilities
- Carry out essential sales and opening/closing functions
- Cash reconciliation
- Distribution of daily sales goals
- KPI reminders
- Store safety
- Customer issue resolution
- New hire support
- Operational tasks
- Miscellaneous leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior service experience
- Some prior retail supervisory experience
- Flexibility as it relates to scheduling
- Interest in Retail Management career path
Skills
