About the Role
Mosaic is seeking an experienced Event Producer, B2B to join our growing Commercial Events (B2B) portfolio. As an Events Producer, you will lead on designing and producing events and conferences for top Global clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, production, and execution phases of various regional and national events, including corporate events, conferences, and business meetings.
- Manage and coach a team of Event Managers and Event Coordinators.
- Support the Director in ensuring the delivery of business requirements and driving organic growth.
- Design event experiences by working cross-functionally with internal Creative Directors and external production vendors.
- Manage project teams to ensure executional excellence.
- Vet and manage vendors for A/V, staging, catering, attendee materials, activations, and custom builds.
- Plan conferences, including agenda development, speaker booking, scriptwriting, content strategy, and AV vendor management.
- Manage conference production, including onsite event management, technical show production, floor direction, and stage management.
- Consult with clients on program development for their audience and support them in managing program elements to achieve business goals.
- Provide weekly status updates on program results and personnel, and conduct client program reviews.
- Develop and manage program budgets, executing programs within budget.
- Initiate follow-up activities post-event, including debrief sessions, report preparation, and closing billing details.
Requirements
- Possess a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability.
- Experience working cross-functionally and building strong relationships quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and over-deliver.
- Stay current on the latest trends in the live events industry and emerging technologies.
- Passionate about events and production.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to think creatively and quickly.

- Management style focused on mentoring.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, be resourceful, and deliver unsurpassed client and customer service.
- Experience working in the Live Events industry, ideally from an Agency.
- Minimum 5+ years of related event experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a digital work environment.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong business acumen and affinity for budgeting.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Use of a vehicle to attend client meetings and site visits.
- Proven track record developing and managing large, complex projects/teams.
- Experience working with clients in the Tech or Communications industry is a strong asset.
