Responsibilities
- Participating in the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects.
- Leveraging business experience to identify strategic alternatives and project approaches.
- Conducting primary and secondary research and analyzing findings.
- Creating reports, presentations, and workshop materials.
- Communicating findings and recommendations to clients.
- Assisting with business development and proposal writing.
- Managing and developing staff skills and careers.
- Performing quantitative or qualitative analysis to identify client issues.
- Developing knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market.
- Serving as the day-to-day manager for projects and working closely with clients.
- Leading learning, development, and recruiting programs.
Requirements
- Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, meeting facilitation, and report writing.
- Strong ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Prior experience or avid interest in the healthcare and life science industries.
- Some project management experience.
- Adaptability and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral).
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Right to work in the recruiting country.
