About the Role

As an Administrative Manager at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP), you will play a critical part in supporting our local team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and helping staff deliver life-changing services to youth and families.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll and maintain related documentation
  • Prepare, organize, and submit required program paperwork and reports
  • Maintain confidential participant, personnel, and program records
  • Support daily office operations and administrative processes
  • Enter and update information in databases and tracking systems
  • Communicate professionally with staff, families, service providers, and community partners
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, record retention, and other administrative functions as needed
  • Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance in all documentation

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's Degree is preferred
  • Prior administrative, office support, customer service, or related experience
  • Experience supporting a non-profit, healthcare, behavioral health, social services, or human services organization is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus
