About the Role
This Membership Advisor Sales position requires someone energetic, passionate, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal oriented. The role involves presenting Wellness & Fitness Plans, handling inquiries, conducting facility tours, and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Surpass daily sales goals by professionally and effectively presenting Wellness & Fitness Plans.
- Handle all prospects, guest traffic, and phone inquiries.
- Schedule appointments.
- Conduct high-quality tours of the facility.
- Provide outstanding customer service by interacting with and observing members, making recommendations, and proactively solving problems.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of the Live Fit brand, Wellness Services, and facilities.
- Work from the front desk and answer phones courteously and helpfully.
- Initiate the selling of personal training, massage, and all ancillary services at point of sale.
- Create a friendly atmosphere for members and guests.
- Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
- Facilitate all member requests or forward them to a manager.
- Maintain a professional manner at all times.
- Keep the work area clean, neat, and organized.
- Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
- Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
- Be reliable and timely for all work.
