About the Role

Oversee daily operations for drivers and the Mobility Coordinator team, managing key metrics for driver compliance including attendance, safety, customer service, and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities of the office, including fleet, utilization, depreciation, reservations, and schedules.
  • Manage all operational aspects of the location, ensuring vehicle maintenance, assignment, and driver readiness.
  • Monitor daily workflows to promptly address issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and coach on key metrics such as attendance, policies, safety, customer satisfaction, driver efficiency, and vehicle utilization, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Lead workforce management, including hiring, coordinating training and safety courses, and implementing shift schedules.
  • Continuously evaluate staff performance and identify development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external maintenance teams to address vehicle issues.
  • Oversee the team responsible for cleaning and preparing the vehicle fleet.
  • Communicate consistently and frequently with the location manager.

Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership role with a proven ability to coach and lead a team.
  • Moderate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Values safety and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid California driver's license.
  • Must pass a background check, MVR, fingerprinting, and drug screen.
  • Must be 20 years of age or older.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to drive process and organizational change.
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills.
  • Computer literate and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to motivate teams, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Able to sit and stand for extended periods.
