About the Role

This 4-month paid internship/co-op in Sales & Marketing offers the opportunity to gain experience, grow, and develop skills at one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for Young People (2026). You will work on meaningful business challenges impacting major brands and retailers, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Complete robust business analyses and develop marketing plans that contribute to brand and business growth.
  • Conduct analysis related to category, consumer, competition, and market to develop insights, uncover trends, and present recommendations.
  • Learn and apply conceptual selling techniques and develop data-driven analyses and presentations.
  • Lead projects involving selling and account management responsibilities with retailers, impacting the business directly.
  • Use local insights to influence marketing plans, including the creation of new initiatives, innovation, packaging, products, strategies, and ideas.
  • Deliver expected project outputs by the internship end date and attain necessary resources.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with planned graduation in mid-late 2028.
  • No more than 3 years of prior full-time experience (excluding intern/co-op work terms).
  • Available to start on May 3rd, 2027.
  • If successful in internship, available to start a full-time role within 12 months of internship end date.
