About the Role

This 4-month paid internship/co-op in Product Supply offers the opportunity to gain experience, grow, and develop skills at one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for Young People (2026). You will own multiple projects critical to Toronto operations and the distribution of P&G products across Canada, gaining end-to-end supply chain visibility and leading impactful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead supply chain projects that improve service, efficiency, and product availability for millions of Canadian consumers.
  • Analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop recommendations that influence key business and operational decisions.
  • Partner and learn from teams across Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, Customer Supply Chain, and Analytics to solve complex business challenges.
  • Use industry-leading tools and data sources to uncover insights, improve processes, and support strategic planning.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders, gaining exposure while building communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with planned graduation in mid-late 2028.
  • No more than 3 years of prior full-time experience (excluding intern/coop work terms).
  • Can start the role on May 3rd, 2027 from Toronto, Ontario.
  • If successful in internship, available to start full-time role within 12 months of internship end date.
