About the Role
As an Investment Associate, you will work on a dedicated fund team focused on Technology and/or Media venture opportunities. Investment Associates source venture capital investment opportunities and help impact the innovation strategies at some of the world’s most successful corporations. The Associate role is an exciting and entrepreneurial opportunity to join a growing firm, providing potential for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential start-up investments and source relationships with company founders.
- Meet with entrepreneurs and evaluate their business plans and pitches.
- Track and report on deal flow generated by the team.
- Research industry sectors, trends, and market dynamics.
- Assist with due diligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

- Detail-oriented and self starter who enjoys working in a collegial workplace
- Critical thinking skills, including superior research and analytical ability
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent writing, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for venture capital, start-ups and entrepreneurship
