About the Role
The Senior Product Manager, Partner Experience will lead the strategy, development, commercialization, and ongoing evolution of products, platforms, APIs, and capabilities that power the partner experience across Moneris' Distribution Partnerships portfolio. This role defines how Moneris enables and supports its diverse partner ecosystem, including software platforms (ISVs), embedded payment partners, PayFacs, ISOs, associations, affiliates, referral partners, and other strategic distribution relationships. A key initial mandate involves leading the implementation, commercialization, and optimization of a strategic partner management platform and associated third-party acquiring capabilities. The role will establish and evolve a broader Partner Experience product strategy focused on creating scalable, digital-first experiences that simplify how partners onboard, manage, support, and grow their merchant portfolios with Moneris. This is a senior product leadership role requiring strong product management expertise, strategic thinking, technical and commercial acumen, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own the Partner Experience product strategy: Define and manage the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the Partner Experience portfolio, aligned with the broader Distribution Partnerships strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: Lead products and capabilities from discovery and business case development through delivery, commercialization, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Translate insights into product innovation: Turn partner needs, market trends, business objectives, and competitive insights into product opportunities, priorities, and scalable solutions.
- Shape and enhance the partner experience: Define and continuously improve partner and merchant experiences across onboarding, portfolio management, servicing, reporting, settlement, and related capabilities.
- Drive platform, API, and ecosystem development: Lead the implementation and evolution of partner-facing platforms, APIs, and integration capabilities that enable partners to onboard, manage, and grow merchant portfolios at scale.
- Advance automation and self-service capabilities: Identify opportunities to simplify experiences, increase automation, and support scalable portfolio growth.
- Measure and optimize performance: Establish and monitor product success metrics, using data and partner feedback to drive adoption, prioritization, and ongoing improvement.
- Lead cross-functional execution: Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and external stakeholders to deliver complex strategic initiatives.
- Manage strategic partner and vendor relationships: Build and maintain relationships with technology and distribution partners to ensure capabilities and investments align with Moneris' long-term objectives.
