About the Role
This role focuses on cross-departmental client support, managing client relationships, and collaborating with insurance companies. It involves the entire process of risk assessment, tendering, and placement of corporate insurance, as well as ongoing contract management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring client relationships and service standards are maintained.
- Focus on property and casualty insurance lines.
- Develop, manage, and optimize client insurance portfolios.
- Conduct tenders, negotiate with insurers, and prepare client proposals.
- Utilize the extensive resources within the Marsh network for all tasks and processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with an insurance focus.
- Professional experience with an insurer or broker in the national market.
- Relevant experience in cross-departmental client and technical support.
- In-depth knowledge in a primary line of property or casualty insurance, or willingness for continuous development.
- Organizational talent and sense of responsibility.
- Independent, efficient, flexible, and reliable work style.
- Analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
- A keen sense for customer needs.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
